Traves Bonwell has staffed and built eight property management and 18 REO sales markets. Previously, Corporate Director of Acquisitions of the seventh largest private home builder in the US. His land acquisition and market expansion models were published in Big Builder Magazine. Bonwell worked in the Airline Revenue Management Industry and Graduated from Purdue University.
Peter J. Dingerson
Las Vegas Partner
Peter J. Dingerson is the Founder and Broker of a Las Vegas retail real estate brokerage established in 2004. He has been working in the Las Vegas real estate market for more than 16 years specializing in the acquisition and disposition of residential investment properties. Since establishing the brokerage, Peter has been responsible for the underwriting, purchase and sale of more than 1000 residential flips as well as over 500 held rental properties. Additionally, Peter has been responsible for 100’s of REO properties over his real estate career working with banks and outsourcers such as Bank of America and Fannie Mae. Prior to working with investors and bank owned properties, Peter primarily worked with home builders in acquiring, entitling, and marketing land. Today the company is focused on buying and selling single family homes for private equity investors as well as managing their assets.
As executive assistant, Glenda's principal responsibility is to support business functions across all RENU Investor Property Management Markets. She has over 20 years of administrative experience with professional certifications in the administrative field through the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
She formerly held executive administrative level positions with AEGON/Transamerica in Louisville, KY. After moving to the Indianapolis area, she was an administrative contractor on two long-term assignments. Positions held at Eli Lilly and Company, supporting the Managing Director of Manufacturing; and Texas Instruments, supporting the Regional Sales Director of the Mid-America market.
Her administrative expertise includes executive support, project management, business analysis, database administration, developing business processes, billing and accounts payable, Microsoft Office Suite technology, event planning, and customer service.
Ashley began her career in Investor Property Management in January of 2008, as a Leasing Agent at a 584 multi-family housing community in Memphis, TN. She was quickly promoted to Property Manager of a sister community. After receiving Manager of the Year, she was promoted and transferred to a Community in Nashville, TN. While there, she managed mammoth, billion-dollar assets, comprised of over 700 units and large staffs of 20+ employees. With a strong focus on communication, customer relations, and devoted advocate of teamwork, she successfully led her properties to numerous victories. In January of 2014, Ashley joined a Marketing and Advertising Company, where she was given over $100,000 in existing accounts to maintain while developing new relationships and partnerships, ultimately increasing revenue, and delivering bottom lines.
- Grow the Nashville portfolio by nourishing leads and securing new management agreements
- Communicate performance to owners/investors
- Hire and Manage new team members
- Identify comparable homes to determine market rent
- Execute lease agreements with tenants
Coordinate home inspections and effectively relay maintenance issues to field coordinator
National Accounts Manager, Operations Manager
Corey is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with an Operations Management degree and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified for process improvement. During his college years, Corey worked as a property manager for a multi-family complex. With his background and training, Corey is an expert in property management.
He joined RENU in October 2013, and is responsible for coordinating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac properties covering 4 states. His role as Operations Manager include:
- Coordinating maintenance, property turnovers, move-in and move-out inspections for single family and multi-family units in multiple market areas
- Communication point of contact with owners and service providers for turnover bids and approvals
- Communication point of contact with tenants for maintenance, property inspections and move-out accounting reconciliations
- Oversight and coordination of local Field Agent duties
Corporate Finance Manager
Investor Property Management is a complicated business, and Catie is an expert when it comes to the ins and outs of the intricate finances involved in managing property.
Catie graduated from Purdue University in 2007. Prior to joining RENU Investor Property Management in 2011, she worked in Personal Training and Banking. Her experience in accounting and finance provides the following skills:
- Managing over 50 bank accounts, covering 8 entities in 7 states
- Handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, as well as overall accounting
- Managing AP, AR, and banking for National Accounts like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
- Functioning as Corporate HR, processing all new hires and payroll for all entities
